The international commercial relations sector within the legal and international affairs division represents Switzerland's interests in the field of intellectual property law at the international level. As an advisor in intellectual property, innovation and public health, you will work at the intersection of IP, innovation and public health issues.

What awaits you here

• You will represent the IPI in projects related to Swiss foreign policy in health matters
• You will conduct negotiations and represent Switzerland's interests at the international level
• You will promote the understanding of the role of intellectual property in research, innovation and public health
• You will draft positions and coordinate work within the IPI and with other federal offices
• You will design and organize specialized projects and events
• You will create a network with key actors at national and international levels on behalf of the IPI

What distinguishes you

• You hold a master's degree in international relations, public health, political science, law or a related field
• You have several years of professional and negotiation experience, preferably in an international context
• You have a good understanding of international health law and, preferably, intellectual property law
• You possess diplomatic skills and collaborate well with other federal offices and actors
• You excel at communicating complex subjects in a simple and convincing manner
• You are a native German or French speaker with a good command of the other language and excellent English skills
• You work well in a team as well as independently, and are reliable and precise
