We wish to recruit a bilingual fr-eng Executive Assistant for a long-term mission within an international company

Mission :

• Assist a team of managers, management of emails, mail, coordination of meetings and travel
• Follow-up of files, preparation and drafting of documents, presentations and reports
• Management of expense reports, budget monitoring
• Routine administration

Profile
----------

• Commercial Professional Maturity and/or Executive Assistant Diploma
• Bilingual English – French
• 8 years of successful experience in a multinational in Switzerland
• Ability to assist several managers
• Good mastery of MS Office, ideally Concur and comfortable with new technologies
• Organized, proactive, sense of service and dynamic
• Valid work permit in Switzerland and available quickly
