Strategic Assistant Head of Real Estate Management 60-100%

For our client, an established family business in the construction industry with a significant and growing real estate portfolio, we are looking for an organizationally strong personality with technical flair and a precise, structured way of working. In this key position, you will support the Head of Real Estate Management in the steering, optimization, and targeted expansion of the portfolio and contribute significantly to the further development of the real estate strategy. Your area of responsibility In this central hub function, you will support the Head of Real Estate Management directly in two core areas: 1. Management & Controlling of the real estate portfolio • Interface function: You act as the central contact person for external management companies and proactively identify optimization potential, especially with regard to vacancies. • Quality assurance: You maintain and structure property dossiers, create relevant documentation, and ensure seamless, traceable data storage. • Financial monitoring: You check property accounts, revise annual financial statements, and ensure consistent cost control. • Maintenance management: You plan and accompany renovation and maintenance measures in the existing stock and monitor their implementation regarding quality, deadlines, and costs. 2. Project support & development • Client representation: You support new construction and conversion projects in administrative matters and coordinate cooperation with external partners. • Investment planning: You actively participate in the strategic further development of existing properties and develop sound decision-making bases. Your profile • Sound education: You have training in real estate management or a construction technology background (e.g., as an architect, technician HF/TS, architectural draughtsman, or construction manager). • Professional competence: You bring sound knowledge of structural engineering and understand both technical and commercial contexts. • Way of working: Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured, conceptual approach characterize you. • IT affinity: You are proficient in using MS Office and have a good understanding of digital data structures.
