You will take over the overall responsibility for projects from the first project idea to planning and realization to handover to operations. Several years of professional experience in client representation, project management, or real estate development form the basis of your technical competence. You also have in-depth knowledge of construction practice, SIA norms, and building law. Your structured and independent way of working, your negotiating skills, and your pronounced communication skills enable you to lead different stakeholder groups in a targeted manner and bring projects to a successful conclusion.
