Deputy Residential Group Leader (Dementia) ============================================= • Workload: 80 - 100 % • Start date: Immediately or by arrangement • Location: Englisberg (10 min. from Belp / 20 min. from Bern) • Area/Department: Dementia Department Siloah Langzeit offers comprehensive care to elderly people in need of care, people with disabilities, and persons with special needs at the locations Gümligen, Kühlewil, and Köniz. The offer includes geriatric care in residential groups for the elderly – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction disorders, or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups. ### Your area of responsibility • Co-responsibility for the leadership and promotion of a team of approx. 22 employees • Co-responsibility for the further development of the residential area • Co-responsibility for the implementation of subject-specific guidelines as well as compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements in the residential area • Co-responsibility for ensuring individual and needs-oriented care and support of the residents • Taking over daily responsibility as well as active participation in nursing • Accompanying doctor's visits • Deputizing for the residential group leader in their absence Your profile • Training as a Dipl.
