Care Specialist for Long-Term Care

For an established health facility in Emmental, we are looking for care professionals 40 - 100% Your daily routine with our client • Responsibility for holistic and individual care as well as support for residents. • Accompaniment of people with psychological challenges or gerontopsychiatric changes using your specialist knowledge. • Ensuring seamless care documentation and taking on daily responsibility within the team. • Active collaboration with relatives and specialist offices to create a supportive network for those in need of care. Qualifications What you bring • Diploma as a certified care specialist HF/FH, DNII or equivalent qualification. • Experience in long-term care or in the psychiatric field is a major plus, to understand the complex needs of clients. • Patience, communication skills and the ability to radiate calm even in hectic moments. • We also welcome applications from talents with diplomas from the EU/EFTA area, provided an SRK recognition is available or the process has already been initiated.
