Your tasks Responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and associated equipment Development and optimization of production parameters in wafer manufacturing Transfer of new processes into series production Specification, evaluation, installation, and qualification of new systems and equipment Ensuring 2nd-level support for equipment and process problems in production Your profile Master's degree (.) in materials science, physics, chemistry, or a comparable field of study Several years of professional experience in semiconductor production, ideally in the area of dicing or pick-and-place.
