Job Description

• Overall responsibility for internal operations logistics, especially transport and order picking
• Functional and personnel leadership as well as further development of employees
• Participation in the setup and implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality daily business
• Analysis, optimization, and further development of logistical processes
• Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency and economic efficiency
• Responsibility for personnel, deployment, and resource planning
• Coordination and cooperation with internal departments and interfaces
• Management and support of projects for continuous process improvement

Desired Profile

• Completed training in the field of logistics with corresponding further education
• Several years of professional experience in logistics as well as proven leadership experience
• Sound knowledge in the optimization of logistical workflows and processes
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital logistics solutions
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Good German and French skills in speaking and writing
• Further language skills are an advantage
