Our agency, mandated by a Manufacture based in Genève, is looking for a CNC Setting Mechanic (M/F) Our agency, mandated by a Manufacture based in Genève, is looking for a CNC setting mechanic (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams. CNC Setting Mechanic (M/F) Profile sought: Training in mechanics, machining or microtechnology: CFC Polymécanicien/Mécanicien de production, Technicien ES, BTS/Bac Pro or equivalent. Confirmed experience in CNC setting and machining: milling, turning, grinding or swiss machining. Mastery of reading plans, ISO dimensions, cutting tools and machining parameters. Ability to perform settings, corrections and adjustments during production. Strong sensitivity to quality, precision and continuous improvement. Rigorous, autonomous, methodical and organized person, endowed with a good analytical mind and capable of resolving technical problems. Main tasks: Set up, start up and ensure the monitoring of CNC machines. Mount tools and clamping devices, perform corrections and adjustments of machining parameters. Read and interpret plans, sequences and manufacturing documents. Produce mechanical parts in compliance with tolerances, deadlines and quality requirements. Perform dimensional and aesthetic controls using suitable measuring means. Identify and correct machining defects. Participate in the optimization of settings, cycle times and machining processes. Ensure first-level maintenance and complete production documents. Collaborate with the methods, quality, maintenance and production teams. Respect safety rules, quality and internal procedures.
