Your tasks ##

• You take over the tasks of the Safety Officer (SIBE) occupational safety and fire protection and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations in the entire house.
• You are responsible for the restoration and maintenance of the buildings and the surroundings.
• You are responsible for the professional execution or coordination of all technical, electrical, and sanitary work in the area of facility management.
• During moves and apartment handovers, you help with smooth organization.
• Rectification of malfunctions in heating, ventilation, high-voltage, and low-voltage installations as well as the locking system.
• You set up telephones, TV devices, bells, and other systems in our residents' rooms.
• You ensure professional and environmentally friendly disposal of the resulting materials and waste.
• You carry out seasonal and correct gardening work.
• You manage the keys of our house.

What you bring with you ##

• Training as a specialist in facility management or equivalent.
• Further training as a SIBE.
• You do not shy away from physical work and are ready to take on on-call duties.
• With your reliable, independent, and exact way of working, you ensure a high quality in your area of responsibility.
• You enjoy interacting with elderly people and encounter our residents respectfully, friendly, and with empathy.
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing.
• Driver's license class B is a prerequisite.
