Electrical Site Manager

Location: Vevey / Aigle Region, Canton de Vaud
Contract type: Temporary
Duration: 7 to 8 months minimum, with possibility of extension depending on the construction sites

Your mission
To support the realization of two chalet construction sites, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager capable of ensuring the monitoring and proper execution of the work.

The first site concerns a chalet where the concrete has already been completed. The candidate must notably be comfortable with the monitoring of slabs, walls, and construction work.

Responsibilities

• Daily management and monitoring of the construction site
• Organization and coordination of teams and various stakeholders
• Reading and understanding execution plans
• Monitoring of slab and wall work
• Quality control and compliance with deadlines
• Coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Monitoring the progress of the work and reporting information to the project manager
• Management of any technical problems encountered on the site

Profile sought

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in construction and structural work
• Good mastery of reading plans
• Experience in monitoring concrete, slab, and wall work
• Ability to manage a construction site autonomously
• Good sense of organization and responsibility
• Field profile, dynamic and capable of making decisions
• Driving license and vehicle indispensable
• Residence ideally located between Vevey and Villeneuve or nearby
