tasks

• you independently plan projects in the areas of renovation as well as expansion of the infrastructure (heating, ventilation, refrigeration, steam, and water treatment)
• in doing so, you actively assist with evaluation, procurement, and commissioning of new systems
• you participate in productivity and process optimizations and monitor the projects including cost controlling
• additionally, you implement energy and environmental projects and create investment requests
• you plan and create layouts using CAD
• the workload can be 90% or 100%, depending on preference

requirements

• you have a manual or technical training in an industrial environment, e.g., as a polymechanic, building services planner / building services technician, as an automation technician, plant and apparatus builder, or comparable (w/m/d)
• further training as a technician TS / HF, industrial master, maintenance specialist, or similar is also important
• professional experience in building services and CAD knowledge are also required
