Your task ##

• Design of suitable injection molds as well as preparation of the associated manufacturing documents
• Development and design of new plastic components based on defined technical requirements and internal specifications
• Manufacturing- and plastic-appropriate design of the developed components including creation of the required drawings
• Implementation of design adjustments and optimizations to existing plastic articles and tools
• Manufacture and subsequent testing of prototypes using in-house 3D prototyping technology
• Development of suitable aids for production, including fixtures and component holders
• Accompanying projects from the first concept phase to the successful transfer into series production

Your profile ##

• Completed basic training as Konstrukteur EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ, Kunststofftechnologe EFZ or Produktionsmechaniker EFZ with corresponding further education at HF or FH level in the field of mechanical engineering, plastic technology or a comparable technical specialization
• Professional experience in the design of injection molds and plastic components
• Very good knowledge in handling CAD and PLM systems
• Creative and committed personality with an independent and responsible way of working
• Strong service orientation as well as enjoyment of working in a team
• Fluent German skills as well as good English skills
