The Stiftung Lebenshilfe in Reinach, Aargau, offers education, work, and living spaces. With our offerings, we aim to create living spaces and to enable the professional and social integration of people with agogic support needs, primarily as a result of cognitive impairments. Coach: Ambulatory Living

Your tasks

• You accompany people with support needs individually in their own homes and support them in their self-determined way of life.
• You plan and organize your assignments independently, reliably, and with personal responsibility.
• You are part of a committed team and actively contribute to professional exchange and cooperation.
• If required, you also support the team with occasional assignments in the residential group.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Sozialpädagog:in or a comparable qualification.
• You are empathetic, appreciative, and enjoy accompanying people individually and strengthening them in their self-determination.
• You are an organizational talent and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
• You have a driver's license and enjoy traveling by car.
• You are digitally fit and modern.
