You will play a key role within our Finance department, participating in the consolidation of financial data, analyzing business performance, and providing key insights for process improvement. ROLE Financial Consolidation & Reporting: • Participate in financial consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards • Participate in the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for management and stakeholders • Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS standards Business Support & Analysis: • Provide support to SICPA entities worldwide for closing activities • Analyze financial data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement Continuous Improvement: • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes and reporting methodologies PROFILE The successful candidate is proactive, analytical, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the company's success. They demonstrate adaptability, a positive mindset, and a strong willingness to learn. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, consolidation, or audit • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to understand the big picture • Excellent Excel skills • Experience in SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4HANA strongly appreciated.
