To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and professionally skilled personality for the independent management and planning of our architecture projects.

Your Tasks

• Independent management and planning of new construction and renovation projects
• Development and management of preliminary projects, construction projects, and permit projects
• Management and coordination of the internal project team as well as external specialist planners and specialists
• Ensuring compliance with Swiss construction legislation, official requirements, and relevant SIA norms
• Independent processing and assessment of construction law issues
• Clarifications and coordination with authorities and specialist agencies
• Coordination and quality assurance of plans, concepts, and project documentation
• Responsibility for deadlines, planning processes, and project organization
• Preparation and management of project and coordination meetings
• Professional communication with clients, authorities, and specialist planners
• Early recognition of planning, technical, and construction law challenges as well as development of suitable solutions

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Architecture ETH/FH or a comparable recognized training
• At least 5 years of proven professional experience as a Project Manager Architecture
• Sound experience in the independent planning and management of new construction and renovation projects, especially in residential construction and existing buildings
• Very good knowledge of Swiss construction and planning law as well as building permit procedures
• Sound and practice-oriented knowledge of the relevant SIA norms
• Very good constructive and technical understanding
• Confidence in the management and coordination of project teams and external specialist planners
• Experience in professional interaction with clients, authorities, and specialist agencies
• Very good ArchiCAD knowledge
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, precise, and independent way of working
• High sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills
• Ability to independently analyze construction law and planning issues and process them in a solution-oriented manner

We are looking for an experienced project management with sound professional expertise and a secure understanding of the Swiss planning, construction, and permit processes. You can independently take over projects of various sizes and reliably lead them from the first project idea through planning to the permit.

Particularly important to us are sound knowledge of construction law and the relevant SIA norms, as well as the ability to carefully analyze existing conditions in renovations and existing buildings and develop planning-wise convincing solutions.
