Your new challenge

In this versatile position, you will take over the holistic advisory of demanding private clients. You will accompany your clientele through all phases of life, from the first home financing to wealth accumulation and structured retirement planning.

Your tasks:

• Holistic advisory: Solution- and need-oriented support of your client portfolio in the areas of mortgage financing, investing, and wealth accumulation.
• Provision & protection: Competent advice on complex topics such as retirement provision, protection, tax & retirement planning.
• Portfolio development: Exploiting customer potential through proactive support as well as targeted acquisition of new customers in the regional market.
• Individual financial concepts: Development of tailor-made solutions, coordinated with the specific life goals and wishes of your clientele.
• Market presence: Active participation in local market development measures and representation of the financial institution at regional events.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Foundation: Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification in the financial sector.
• Experience: Verifiable advisory practice in the mortgage business as well as in investment and pension advisory.
• Further education: Successfully completed or ongoing financial professional further education (e.g., financial planner with federal diploma, IAF or comparable).
• Communication strength: Enthusiasm for personal as well as digital customer contact on all channels.
• Personality: Independent, responsible way of working, high customer orientation, initiative, and a healthy dose of humor.
