World of Bonnie has been a modern and lovingly managed fitness and wellness center, as well as a cosmetic studio and a cozy bistro and take-away, at two locations in the heart of Küsnacht am Zürichsee for almost 20 years.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated, friendly and reliable personality for our reception.

Your tasks

• Professional reception and care of our customers
• Telephone and written correspondence in German and English
• Organization and coordination of appointments
• Processing of administrative tasks and support of the team
• Maintenance and management of documents and databases
• General office organization and ensuring smooth processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in the reception or administration area is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• German as a native language and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
