As part of a permanent recruitment, our client, a planning and works management office, is looking for its future Site Manager. You will join a dynamic, stable, and experienced team. This new position accompanies the development of the company's activity, a stable and controlled growth.

TCE Site Manager

An architect/engineer training ETS, HES, CFC building draughtsman or Engineer's Diploma from a foreign school, supplemented by technical knowledge of buildings
A solid experience in managing Renovation projects
Mastery of IT tools and being comfortable with numbers
A coordinator and organizer spirit as well as a team spirit
To be quality and customer service oriented
Analytical, synthesis, and organizational spirit
Knowing how to demonstrate firmness and having a good negotiation spirit Coordination of works according to the detailed schedule and within the prescribed deadlines
Local direction of works and site meetings
Coordination and management of subcontractors
Examination of the work before acceptance, acceptance and implementation of the work
Preparation of tenders
Monitoring and updating of the planning
Control and maintenance of the execution file and monitoring of modifications
Control of measurements and verification of invoices
Ensuring compliance with the quality of the works, monitoring and lifting of acceptance reservations of the work until handover to the warranty service
Control of the application of safety obligations on construction sites
