You are responsible for the management of projects with regard to costs, deadlines, and quality. In addition, you prepare cost estimates and budget bases, prepare decision bases and award applications, and conduct negotiations with various stakeholders. As a central contact person, you coordinate internal and external project participants and ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards, and guidelines. You have a higher education in construction and bring experience in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and/or structural engineering. Additionally, you have knowledge in construction management or construction leadership. You convince through sound project management competencies, secure cost and risk management, and preferably knowledge of public procurement and relevant legislation. An independent, structured way of working, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills characterize you as much as teamwork, assertiveness, and a high sense of responsibility.
