Sales Administrator Inside Sales / (Part-time) 50%

For a Swiss production company in Zofingen we are looking for a person for the Inside Sales Team D/F

Your tasks
Support of the assigned customers within the scope of the customer care concept
Answer price inquiries
Create offers and process orders
Support sales consultants, account managers and key account managers
Create general sales correspondence and shipping documents
Process visit reports as well as maintain customer and master data
Send samples and documentation

Our requirements
Commercial basic training or technical training with experience in inside sales
Sociable, positive personality with assertiveness
High level of independence and initiative
Fluent French skills mandatory
Very good MS Office skills
