Job Description

You take overall responsibility for logistics and packaging in a food business

• You lead a team of 40–60 employees and develop it specifically
• You ensure that logistics, product safety, and traceability are guaranteed at all times
• You plan and control all processes in the warehouse as well as the use of packaging and auxiliary materials
• You analyze key figures and optimize processes specifically
• You work actively with the ERP system and continuously improve processes
• You take over deputy duties in the packaging area if required

Requirement Profile

• Completed training in the field of logistics or comparable, for example Logistiker EFZ
• Experience in a leadership role, ideally in production or a food environment
• Good knowledge of packaging technology
• Experience in handling food as well as knowledge of relevant hygiene and quality specifications, especially GMP and HACCP
• You work in a structured manner and take responsibility
• You make decisions and implement them in everyday life
• You speak good French and can communicate in German
