With us, you will work on demanding components made of high-performance plastics and ceramics. Where standard solutions reach their limits, your skill, your demand for quality, and your technical understanding are required. What you concretely do:

• You manufacture high-precision components in the µm range with automated CNC machines
• You work with 3-5-axis grinding machines
• You process demanding materials such as ceramics
• You program and optimize with various ISO controls
• You ensure that quality, dimensional accuracy, and surfaces meet the highest requirements
• After the induction period, you take over the technical leadership of the operating personnel
• You contribute ideas for the optimization of processes and workflows

What you bring with you:

Precision is a matter of course for you, you enjoy taking on responsibility, and you enjoy demanding technical tasks? Then you already bring a lot with you. Additionally:

• Training as a Polymechanic or a comparable basic technical training
• Ideally knowledge in grinding technology or precision machining
• Quick comprehension and enjoyment of technical challenges
• Independent, careful, and reliable working
• Team spirit as well as the willingness to take on responsibility
• Motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm for precision and technology
