Business Controller*in, 80-100 %

For Strategic Controlling in the Finance Department, we are looking for a committed personality starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• In this exciting function within Strategic Controlling, you are a member of the Planning and Steering team.
• The core task of this department is the financial steering of the business units as well as ensuring cost and result transparency and the development of measures to improve the financial situation.
• You support the operational managers in the medical areas as a sparring partner. Furthermore, you advise the clinics in strategic development. In addition, you work closely with medical controlling and operational accounting.
• You create meaningful analyses and profitability calculations and participate in the annual budget preparation.
• You take an active role in the further development of controlling instruments and reporting tools.
• You work on and/or lead projects on business administration and cross-functional topics (introduction of cost center accounting, outpatient tariffs, etc.).

Profile ##

• University degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to present and communicate complex relationships in an understandable manner
• Goal and result orientation
• Proactive personality with assertiveness and high personal responsibility
• You are used to communicating in an appropriate manner for different levels and see yourself as a team player
• High IT affinity and experience in dealing with SAP as well as BI systems round off your profile
• Experience in the healthcare sector and industry-specific knowledge of data and value flows according to REKOLE are an advantage
