This includes the processing of new business, increases and extensions of existing business as well as the monitoring of deadlines. • For subsequent processing, you prepare the documents necessary for electronic archiving and ensure careful processing. • In telephone exchanges with customer advisors, assistants as well as mortgage offices, insurance companies and other banks, you ensure efficient collaboration. • You autonomously perform various reporting tasks related to internal control system (ICS) measures. • During usability tests, you provide your perspective and contribute to keeping our IT systems stable and developing them continuously.
