To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, committed, and uncomplicated personality for our property accounting.

With us, you are not simply "responsible for accounting". You take responsibility for a versatile real estate portfolio and are an important contact person for our customers as well as tenants.

What awaits you:

• Independent accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Dunning and collection systems
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and support of audits
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Payroll accounting including management of social insurances
• Exchange with customers, tenants, and internal departments
• Active participation in the further development of our digital processes

What you bring with you:

You don't have to tick every single box. It is important to us that you are technically proficient, enjoy taking responsibility, and fit in with us personally.

• Experience in property/real estate accounting (mandatory)
• Joy in numbers and digitalization
• Structured, precise way of working with a sense of responsibility and initiative
• Further training in finance and accounting or in real estate management is an advantage
• Confident use of Office 365
• Experience with Garaio REM is a plus, but not a must
