Your tasks at your new employer

• You supervise the daily activities of the department and ensure the follow-up of offers, orders, and customer requests
• You coordinate the team in order to guarantee efficient customer care
• You analyze results and monitor the main activity indicators
• You manage any customer complaints in collaboration with the relevant interlocutors
• You identify areas for optimization and support your collaborators in their development

You offer your new employer

• You have solid experience in a comparable function, ideally acquired in industry
• You have training in the commercial field and are comfortable with SAP as well as Microsoft Office tools
• You are recognized for your sense of contact, your team spirit, and your communication skills
• You have the necessary experience to support and unite a team of about ten people
• You master French and German both orally and in writing
