Permanent: LPP Sales Representative #

About the role ###

For one of our clients, a recognized independent occupational pension foundation based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Sales Representative on a permanent basis with a workload of 80% to 100%.

In this key role, you will ensure the management of relationships with partners and brokers in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the technical analysis of LPP plans, and the development of tailor-made pension offers, within a consultative sales environment without prospecting.

Tasks ##

Overall responsibility for the preparation of LPP offers, advising brokers, and the administrative follow-up of affiliation files.

• Manage a portfolio of partners and brokers in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland
• Establish and verify the consistency of LPP offers for active insured persons
• Develop annuity takeover offers with the certified expert
• Advise partners and propose adapted solutions
• Ensure administrative and contractual follow-up until affiliation
• Update and manage the partner broker database
• Support the creation of presentations and participate in events

We are looking for ###

• Specialized training in LPP
• Good knowledge of LPP regulations and the preparation of offers
• Proficiency in the Office Suite
• Perfect command of French
• Good command of German (level B2/C1)
