We are looking for an ambitious, up-and-coming talent who wants to take the next career step and actively help shape the future of the mobilezone Gruppe IT landscape.

The Cloud Infrastructure & AI Engineer combines modern cloud infrastructures, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and create new opportunities for employees and the company.

In doing so, we are deliberately not looking for a person with decades of experience or a classic management background. Rather, we are looking for a young talent who has gained practical experience in the areas of cloud, infrastructure, and Microsoft technologies and complements this knowledge with strong AI competence. The ideal person knows how to use modern AI tools such as Copilot, Cowork, Scout, GitHub Copilot, OpenClaw and other AI tools to achieve results that go far beyond what would be possible with classic IT experience alone.

• Further develop the Azure, cloud, and infrastructure platforms of the mobilezone Gruppe
• Consistently automate and simplify processes
• Integrate AI technologies into everyday operational IT
• Develop new AI-based solutions, workflows, and automations

• Establish modern ways of working and identify new potentials

Who we are looking for

• Initial to several years of practical experience in the field of cloud, infrastructure, or IT engineering
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure, Microsoft 365 and ideally Dynamics 365
• Verifiable experience in the productive use of AI tools such as Copilot, Cowork, Scout, GitHub Copilot, OpenClaw or comparable solutions
• Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Strong communication skills in Swiss German and English
• Hands-on mentality and the will to actively drive things forward
