Your mission ##

You play a key role in coordinating our activities by acting as a link between clients, owners, cleaning partners, and local teams. Your rigor, your reactivity, and your sense of service guarantee the quality of our accommodations and the satisfaction of our clients.

Your responsibilities ##

• General administration
• Active advice, focused on sales and customer satisfaction, by telephone and at the counter
• Preparation and management of key handover at our Verbier and Champex sites
• Participation in supporting owners
• Guaranteeing a high quality of service towards clients and owners
• Quality control and monitoring of accommodations
• On-call service

Your profile ##

Training and experience

• Completed vocational training (CFC), preferably in real estate or hospitality
• Successful experience in customer service and reception or real estate

Your assets

• Excellent sense of organization and priorities
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and availability on Saturdays
• Driver's license indispensable
• Willing to work at our Verbier and Champex sites
• Good command of IT tools
• Fluent French and English, German an asset
