Sales Assistant Internal Sales / Export & Spare Parts 60-80%

starting immediately or by arrangement.

You are an important contact point for our international customers and take particular care of our spare parts business. At the same time, you handle the export processing of our new machines and support the administrative processing of our service assignments.

What awaits you

• Processing of customer inquiries and spare part orders
• Preparation of offers and order processing up to shipping / invoicing
• Clarifications with internal departments as well as communication with international customers
• Coordination of deliveries with freight forwarders and the import departments of our customers
• Independent processing of the exports of our new machines including packaging, transport and export documents
• Processing of letters of credit (Letter of Credit) and bank guarantees
• Coordination and billing of service assignments

What you bring with you

• Commercial training
• Several years of professional experience
• Experience in export, ideally in international internal sales or spare parts business
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing; other languages are an advantage
• Good PC user skills, especially in Word and Excel; Abacus knowledge is a plus
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Enjoyment of contact with customers and a varied administrative activity
• Ability to work in a team and an open, uncomplicated personality
