To reinforce our Development / Design team in Olten, we are looking for a
Designer / Product Developer 80–100%
As an innovative company, we ensure that drinking water flows in buildings throughout Switzerland. To this end, with around 500 employees, we develop, produce and distribute pioneering complete solutions for sanitary / heating technology.
Your tasks
Development of new products according to specifications and applicable standard requirements
Development of concept ideas with creative solutions
Understanding customer needs and implementing them into innovative product solutions, taking into account quality, timeframe and costs
Detailed design of components and assemblies with 3D-CAD for further processing in the foundry and production
Creation and validation of prototypes in cooperation with the in-house laboratory
Definition and execution of relevant tests in the development and release process to ensure all product specifications and standard requirements
Technical support of existing products including carrying out changes
Close cooperation with suppliers, foundry and production for technical clarifications
Your profile
Degree as Konstrukteurin EFZ, further training as Technikerin HF or mechanical engineer is an advantage
Proficient use of 3D-CAD (Siemens NX), MS-Office and SAP
Independent, goal-oriented and strong-implementation personality with high self-motivation
Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary project team
Enthusiasm for innovative technical solutions and functional design
