Mission :

As a medical consultant, you analyze medical files and formulate clear, objective, and substantiated recommendations. You collaborate with various partners in the Swiss healthcare system while ensuring compliance with medical, ethical, and legal requirements.

• Analysis of treatments, benefits, and complex medical situations
• Drafting of medico-insurance opinions
• Professional exchanges with doctors and healthcare institutions
• Medical advice to internal teams
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of our practices
• Participation in interdisciplinary projects

Profile
----------

• Imperative requirement: medical degree and, if applicable, a postgraduate title recognized by MEBEKO, with registration in the MedReg register
• A valid cantonal authorization to practice or the ability to obtain it is also required
• A specialist title and solid clinical experience
• Excellent medical judgment
• Clear, respectful, and constructive communication
• Very good writing skills in French
• A rigorous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
• An interest in the Swiss healthcare system and insurance medicine

Training or experience in insurance medicine is an asset, but not indispensable.
