Working time 60-100% Location Ostermundigen In this demanding role, you will further develop sustainability management, create transparency regarding objectives and measures, and anchor sustainability strategically and operationally within the division. Sustainability Manager (all) # Your field of activity • Development and implementation of Power Grid's sustainability management based on the BKW sustainability framework, including the definition of objectives and measures • Integration of sustainability into relevant processes, structures, and decision-making processes • Initiation, support, and implementation of projects in the ambition areas of Human, Climate, Nature, and Energy • Transparent management of sustainability themes and objectives, including KPI, prioritization, scheduling, and governance, as well as formulation of strategic recommendations for management • Central point of contact and active driver of sustainability themes within the division, as well as promotion of the sustainability culture through communication, participation, training, as well as advice and empowerment of employees and managers • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the ESG field in collaboration with the intergroup sustainability team Your expertise • University degree and several years of proven practical experience in sustainability management or studies in the field of sustainability management • Several years of professional experience in a similar position; ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector • Experience in cross-functional projects as well as ease in moderating workshops and preparing complex decision-making bases • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach • Ability for holistic thinking with the aptitude to link sustainability, environment, stakeholder requirements, and strategic objectives, as well as to convince and motivate employees • Very good knowledge of German in speaking and writing, good knowledge of French is an asset At BKW Power Grid, we shape a reliable energy future through innovative solutions, responsibility, and close collaboration.
