Bern \| 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Lead the Army Social Service (SDA) area in organizational, financial, and personnel terms • Implement quality standards as well as identify and plan future tasks of the SDA and develop concepts, fundamentals, and guidelines for the benefit of the members of the armed forces (AdA) • Realize social and financial guidelines as well as manage and monitor the accounting and the earmarked financial resources • Plan the recruitment of militia social workers as well as promote their training and further education • Prepare periodic reports as well as present on the SDA in military courses and at civilian reports • Conduct negotiations with military and civilian authorities as well as advise commanders on social matters <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree (Master or EMBA, e.g., in social work, social sciences, sociology) with function-relevant professional experience • Experience within the administration in the field of finance and controlling, good knowledge of financial accounting is an advantage • Strong self and social competence, interest and flair in dealing with command positions • Good communication and teamwork skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness • Existing military training or the willingness to complete military training, ideally staff officer of the Swiss Army • Good active knowledge of a second and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell The Personnel of the Army accompanies the members of the armed forces from recruitment to discharge from military service.
