These are your tasks In our Flex-Pool, you determine when you want to work and can still offer or withdraw assignments up to 36 hours in advance. This allows you to fully adapt your work to your personal needs, the weather, or your environment. One day before the assignment, we will definitively confirm whether and on which ward you will be deployed. But don't worry: as a specialist, you are practically always needed in one of our departments! After completing your induction, your assignments will take place on all 8 nursing wards, giving you the opportunity to gain experience in both acute and rehabilitation nursing.
