Your Mission ### As a Production Manager, you will lead the daily functioning of production operations: defining priorities, planning team activities, solving problems, and ensuring the team can deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a team of 5 people, supporting daily execution while driving improvements in quality, capacity, efficiency, and cost. This is a hands-on leadership role when necessary, but not a technical role: you will balance your involvement in operations to support urgent deliveries with driving projects aimed at improving team functioning in the long term. The value you bring ### • * Lead and manage the production operations team, providing clear daily priorities, support, and coverage planning so that operations continue to progress. • * Ensure the smooth running, safety, and reliability of production, with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and practical decision-making when priorities change. • * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality, capacity improvement, and cost reduction. • * Lead projects independently, moving them forward proactively while maintaining control of daily production. • * Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Quality Control, project teams, and customers when production issues arise, such as confusion or other operational concerns. • Requirements We know that every journey is different, but to be best prepared for success, we expect from you: • * Direct experience in production or warehousing in a similar healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device environment, producing or assembling products in a highly regulated environment. • * People management experience where staff must be present on-site every day, including coverage planning, resolving resource constraints, and maintaining smooth operations. • * Direct leadership experience in lean environments where you have had to provide operational and hands-on support. • * Strong operational judgment, including the ability to step in on the floor to support the team and stay focused on longer-term projects and improvements. • * Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives regarding process efficiency, quality, capacity, and cost, ideally in a regulated or quality-focused environment.
