Emmen \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Guarantee 24 hours a day, as a drone pilot and/or payload operator (career military), flight engagements with the ADS 15 drone system in favor of military and civilian users • Participate in the aptitude tests of future career drone pilots and militia drone operators • As a flight instructor, provide initial and continuous training for career drone pilots and militia drone operators • Participate in the planning of engagements and image analysis, as well as the development of piloting exercises and training documents • Participate in technical trials and projects with new or improved equipment <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed apprenticeship or baccalaureate, higher vocational training (tertiary level) desired • Officer function in the Swiss Army with an irreproachable reputation • Valid EASA PPL license (incl. English radiotelephony), EASA CPL/IR or EASA ATPL • Psychological and medical aptitudes • Good knowledge of a second official language and English • Good knowledge of Swiss geography and good understanding of technical aspects <br /> In a few words You will have a complete overview: with the highly specialized reconnaissance drone, you will perform missions for the army and rescue organizations in Swiss airspace and provide an important contribution to the security of Switzerland. From the ground control station, you will ensure that live images and intelligence products can be created in perfect quality - at the right time and in the right place - to obtain a decisive advantage in terms of information. As an engagement base of the Swiss Air Force, the command of the Emmen/Dübendorf Air Base is responsible for the FA systems on its sites and has the mission of operating and maintaining military aircraft (manned or unmanned).
