Tasks

• Responsibility for the correct and timely execution of account closures and account reconciliations
• Examination and analysis of account statements as well as balance reconciliations for private customers
• Identification and clarification of discrepancies as well as independent resolution of differences
• Cooperation with other departments and customer service to clarify open questions
• Support in the creation of reports and evaluations for financial control
• Implementation of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the area of account management

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in banking or a comparable area
• High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Independent way of working and good problem-solving skills
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with bank-specific software is an advantage
