Intern Investor Relations and M&A | 100% # Ref-Nr. 8105 Work location: Burgdorf | Hybrid Your main tasks ### • Analysis of market data, industry trends, and competitive developments • Support in the creation of reports and analyses for the M&A and Investor Relations team as well as for the CFO • Assistance with valuation analyses and investment cases within the framework of M&A projects • Support in the preparation and implementation of semi-annual and annual communications as well as other capital market activities • Support in processing inquiries from investors and sell-side analysts • Maintenance of databases regarding investors and target companies • Development of a sound understanding of the business model, strategy, and financial development of Ypsomed • Support of the finance team with further analyses and questions Your profile ### • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field of study • Initial practical experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, Audit, or Investor Relations is an advantage • Strong analytical skills as well as very good Excel and financial modeling skills • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing; other languages are an advantage • Precise, independent way of working and high discretion in handling confidential information • Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of a dynamic, international working environment
