Polymechanic (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, an established precision manufacturing company with a long tradition in the field of mechanical processing of high-performance materials for demanding industries such as aerospace, defense, and semiconductor technology in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for an experienced polymechanic with a focus on large part processing on modern CNC 5-axis milling and turning centers, starting immediately or by agreement.

Tasks:
In this varied role, you will independently manufacture precise and demanding workpieces from high-quality materials. You will independently program and operate modern CNC 5-axis milling and turning centers with pallet changers, ensuring the highest quality standards. Furthermore, you will take responsibility for complying with productivity targets, create the required documentation, and always act in accordance with the applicable quality and standard specifications according to EN 9100 and ISO 9001.

Requirements:
You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic with a Swiss federal certificate of proficiency (eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis) as well as several years of professional experience in large part processing. Sound knowledge in combined processing on CNC 5-axis milling and turning centers or comparable CNC 6-side turning and milling centers is required. Additionally, you bring many years of experience in CAM programming, whereby knowledge of Mastercam or MDM is an advantage. Personally, you convince through strong teamwork skills, quality awareness, and a high degree of responsibility.
