Your tasks and responsibilities: You lead the employees in goods receipt, storage, and in the adjacent warehouse areas during daily operations. You set clear expectations and allocate employees within your area to tasks and workstations. You are present in the area, give direct praise, corrective feedback, and take time for induction and practical training. You ensure that goods are correctly received, checked for quantity and condition, correctly recorded, and stored on time. You pay attention to quality, punctuality, order, safety, and respectful interaction. You implement agreed rules and standards equally for everyone. You also work operationally yourself. You report problems with processes, systems, or technology to the Operations Manager and implement decided improvements with your team.
