Do you possess solid experience in the HVAC field and are you passionate about global building technology, efficient operating models, and innovative solutions throughout the entire life cycle of technical building installations? As a heating/air conditioning project manager, you play a central role in managing construction projects for the implementation of demanding projects throughout Switzerland. You work in close collaboration with clients, internal specialist departments, and external partners, contributing significantly to the realization of economical, sustainable, and future-oriented solutions.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person who brings their technical expertise, assumes responsibility, and sets new standards with us. You will work notably for major renowned clients and actively participate in the development of modern building and operating concepts.

What awaits you ###

• You actively design and pilot heating/air conditioning projects on a Swiss scale
• You assume overall responsibility and manage the optimal use of personnel, material resources, and finances in projects, with an overview of the portfolio
• You lead project teams with clarity, develop collaborators, and put all actors on the path to success
• You build projects from A to Z, win contracts, and are responsible for the management of offers and contracts
• You conduct negotiations on an equal footing and make sound allocation decisions
• You constantly keep projects on the right track and continuously ensure compliance with deadline, cost, and quality objectives
• You influence HVAC projects technically, analyze complex contexts, perform feasibility studies, and develop sustainable solutions
• You enthousiasm clients through global advice and develop innovative concepts for projects and programs in the heating field

What you bring ###

• Completed training in the field of heating/air conditioning or equivalent technical training
• Technical training at the higher vocational education level (e.g., ES technician) or university level (e.g., HES engineer) or the willingness to pursue this training
• Several years of experience in a comparable position in the HVAC field
• Proven leadership skills as well as sense of negotiation and capacity for healthy assertiveness
• Structured, responsible, and autonomous working method
• Strong customer orientation and service combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Very good knowledge of German, other languages an asset
