This is what you can move. • As Head of Planning and Dispatching Track Construction Machinery, you lead the team and ensure the economic, punctual, and safe availability of machines and means of transport, thereby contributing directly to customer punctuality and customer satisfaction. • You take over the overall planning and programming of all machine resources and means of transport according to clear economic principles and in coordination with the demand holders. • You take technical responsibility for contracts, represent user interests in tenders and procurement, and monitor the budget as well as the service delivery of external partners (SBB, BLS and TPF). • You continuously develop the processes and systems for planning and dispatching and drive digitalization forward together with the team. • You work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders and ensure transparent communication and clear priorities. This is what you bring with you. • Through your persuasiveness and assertiveness, you communicate in a targeted and level-appropriate manner with the various internal and external contact persons. • Ideally, you bring experience in the railway environment and have several years of leadership experience in a comparable role. • You have a basic technical or railway operations education as well as a technical degree at HF, FH or university level or an equivalent further education. • Good user knowledge of SAP systems and common Office applications is required. In addition, you are IT-savvy and ready to familiarize yourself with area-specific applications. • You have very good German skills (at least C1) and can communicate in French (at least B1).
