Your tasks
In this versatile function, you take responsibility for professional and individual care of our residents.

This is what you can expect:
-Analysis and assessment of complex care situations
-Active management and co-design of the care process
-Ensuring high-quality and needs-oriented care
-Assuming technical and organizational daily responsibility
-Supporting other areas as needed
-Professional implementation of medicinal therapies according to guidelines
-Gapless documentation of care needs in the RAI system
-Accompaniment and support of new employees and learners
-Technical advice in challenging care situations
-Participation in planning and implementing activities for our residents

This is what you bring:
-Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent tertiary education
-Joy in dealing with older people as well as an appreciative and empathetic attitude
-Sense of responsibility and independent working method
-Teamwork and pronounced social competence
-High customer and service orientation
-Motivation to contribute own ideas and actively shape processes
-Humor, commitment and enthusiasm for the nursing profession
