Lawyer Military Insurance (all genders) 80 - 100 % Bern What you achieve • You manage insurance cases of the military insurance in objection proceedings. • You take over litigation before cantonal insurance courts and before the Federal Supreme Court. • You process fundamental legal questions and provide legal advice. • As part of case management, you advise our employees. What you bring • You have a university degree in law as well as an attorney's license. • You have court experience, for example as a law clerk or other experience in drafting decisions. • Your experience is preferably supplemented by profound knowledge in the field of social insurance. • You master German at a native level and also formulate effortlessly in French. Italian language skills are an advantage.     • You value teamwork, but also enjoy working independently and you are a solution-oriented personality.
