If you like working with people of different nationalities, we would like to get to know you. Here is what awaits you: • You operate all shipping equipment, from the winding station to the • insertion coil, the packaging machine to the shipping ramp, and you are • partially responsible for the quality and the guarantee of the punctual delivery • of all newspaper titles. • You supervise your plant area during production and optimize the • settings. • In addition, you lead a team of employees on a professional level and are • responsible for the maintenance (upkeep/cleaning) of the machine assigned to you. • Your participation in production also includes various • tasks such as driving forklifts, manual work and the creation of documents. What we are looking for: • You have completed technical training and a sense for • mechanical and technical aspects. • Several years of professional experience in the printing industry (preferably in • the shipping department) is an advantage. • You know how to analyze existing processes, develop your own ideas and • optimize work and processes. • You are flexible, able to work in a team and communicative, and you can maintain an overview • even in stressful situations, as well as act quickly and thoughtfully. • You are ready to work in a 3-shift team.
