Your tasks Work mainly on site in Horgen First-level support Processing of daily service requests via the ticket system Forwarding complex requests to second-level support Second-level support Maintenance and organization of server rooms and IT equipment stores on site Procurement and setup of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, and printers. Support and maintenance of local conference room equipment Coordination of third-party providers for on-site support Remote Eyes & Hands for global IT teams: Support with cybersecurity tasks such as patching and malware incidents Collaboration on the company architecture by defining standards. Troubleshooting on local servers and networks (WLAN/LAN/WAN) Your profile Completed IT training or comparable experience Enjoyment & experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level) Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity High service willingness and diplomatic Very good German and English language skills Come to us to move forward.
