Your tasks

• You enjoy providing professional and individual care to elderly people according to their needs.
• You are co-responsible for the quality of care, support during assessment, and RAI documentation.
• The self-determined and fulfilling life of the residents is close to your heart and you promote them in this regard.
• You support our training officer in the training of apprentices.

What you bring with you

• An education as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ.
• You enjoy the care of elderly people.
• You are dynamic and enjoy further developing our operation.
• You have professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector and with people with a demential development.
• RAI or careCoach are familiar to you.
• You work goal-oriented and can thus support the registered nurse during assessment and in the development of measures.
• You enjoy improving and securing the quality of care and can also inspire your team to do so.
• You work independently, reliably, and precisely and appreciate innovation.
