As part of a permanent position, the OK Job'Xpert department is looking for a Shell Construction Project Manager for a masonry company, to manage a team of site managers and to oversee renovation - transformation - new construction projects in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva.

• EPF, HES civil engineering degree, equivalent or ES Technician or equivalent. * Proven experience (at least 5 years) in shell construction project management in Switzerland in a similar position. * Excellent mastery of SIA standards and common software. * You are an inspiring leader who knows how to transmit knowledge and listen to your teams. * Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator. * Rigor, analytical mindset and solution-oriented. + Lead and coordinate construction and renovation projects (residential, commercial, public or industrial buildings). + Coordinate studies via consultants and internal services + Supervise technical monitoring, planning and financial control of projects. + Lead a team of shell construction site managers (technical support, high-level project overview, ensuring the development of the teams' technical skills). + Coordination of external partners, and link with clients. + Provide solutions and areas for improvement for your department (technological, legal, and standards monitoring).
